CASH OUT FRAUD NOTICE!

We would like to alert the public and our customers that Moby and Moby Islamic do not in any way accept, partake, and condone โ€œCash Outโ€ or โ€œCOโ€.

 

Lately there has been emergence of Cash Out groups on Facebook, Telegrams and Social Media that allegedly facilitates Cash Out with Moby and Moby Islamic.


Please be informed that Cash Out is an illegal mechanism promoted by fraudulent parties promising customers that they will be able cash out or receive spending limit assigned by our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) App. This is usually subject to high admin or processing fee.

 

BNPL facilities shall only be used for the payment of the product purchased in the form of instalment plans. THE SPENDING LIMIT ASSIGNED TO YOU IN OUR BNPL APP IS NOT MEANT FOR REDEMPTION OR WITHDRAWAL. Receiving cash from our merchants without actual purchase of their goods is MISUSE of the BNPL facilities and therefore is ILLEGAL.

 

We will not hesitate to lodge police report and take legal action against parties partaking in the Cash Out mechanism.

Sejak kebelakangan ini terdapat kemunculan kumpulan Cash Out di Facebook, Telegram dan Media Sosial yang didakwa memudahkan Cash Out dengan Moby dan Moby Islamic.

 

Harap maklum bahawa Pengeluaran Tunai ialah mekanisme palsu yang dipromosikan oleh pihak penipu yang menjanjikan pelanggan bahawa mereka akan dapat mengeluarkan wang atau menerima had perbelanjaan yang ditetapkan oleh Beli Sekarang Bayar Kemudian (BNPL) kami. Ini biasanya tertakluk kepada bayaran pentadbiran atau pemprosesan yang tinggi.

Kemudahan BNPL hanya akan digunakan untuk pembayaran produk yang dibeli dalam bentuk pelan ansuran. HAD PERBELANJAAN YANG DIBERIKAN KEPADA ANDA DALAM APL BNPL KAMI TIDAK BERTUJUAN UNTUK PENEBUSAN ATAU PENGELUARAN. Menerima wang tunai daripada peniaga kami tanpa pembelian sebenar barangan mereka adalah SALAH GUNA kemudahan BNPL dan oleh itu adalah HARAM.

Kami tidak akan teragak-agak untuk membuat laporan polis dan mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap pihak yang mengambil bahagian dalam mekanisme Cash Out.
